“The room was exceptional, as always. However check in , was a bit disappointing, there were 2 men working the check in desk, we were told to step over to the second man for help, he mumbled something and handes us the room key , we looked on the card for the room number. Then at 4am my husband woke to a room door repeatedly banging from next door to I us and yelling..I love this hotel z we've been staying here when in town the last several years , but th service seems to be declined,not sure why...

“It was a dynamite trip because of them the room was clean. The hotel was clean. The staff couldn’t have been no nicer. I highly recommend.”

“Room was spotless, you will want to bring snacks though because they only offer one drink and one snack machine. The breakfast was a grab and go which was perfect for us to hit the road so plan accordingly if you want a large sit down meal. This stay was perfect for our needs as we passed through.”

“Loved this hotel and will stay again! The location is very close to the Mohegan Sun Arena, and super convenient that TGI Fridays is right there. Breakfast was an added bonus. All staff was helpful and courteous. I will definitely stay here again!”
