“When we stayed-my daughter and I arrived to a hotel that was without running water. The front desk was of very little help in finding a suitable remedy, The issue was out of their control but we had been on the road for hours and picked this hotel to settle into before heading back home. We felt offering a complimentary stay in the future or water from their cooler would have been appropriate, They gave my daughter and I 2 warm Aquafinas and said sorry but that is what it is and all we have. “Great location. Cleaning needs improvements. Unfortunately this wasn't very clean. The unit smelled of urine when i entered, the bathroom window had been left open. The shower wall had soap residue running down it and the shower shelves had hair, dust and soap build up. the pillow and sheets had hair on them. The fridge had crumbs on the shelves and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. The dining table had dried on food. The closet shelves had hair and dust on them. the ”
