“When I arrived the floor was sticky. The sitting chair has claw marks on both sides from a cat. I was there a week. After 3 days, I asked for my room to be cleaned. It took 3 days. Garbage was over flowing. Only 1 small garbage can in the room. The inside door lock wouldn’t work. My key kept not letting me in. Needed to get a new key 3 times. The staff was excellent but I don’t recommend staying there.”

“Stanze grandi ma un po' spoglie anche se con cucinotto annesso. Letti rumorosi e scomodi. Parcheggio sotto le finestre delle stanze fonte di rumore specie la mattina presto. Alla richiesta di potere lasciare i bagagli in albergo per qualche ora dopo il check-out il personale ha risposto di no adducendo come scusa la mancanza di spazio idoneo.”

“We stayed 3 nights to gamble and sight see. Central location was perfect. Very quiet and clean. Have to give A+ to Carlos on night shift desk. Super helpful - got us setup with Tulalip shuttle van. Very friendly and answered all my questions Will definitely return in future”

“The bedding were not changed and clean. The room is clean every fortnight. Sometimes workers are quite moody to help you. However the room is quite comfortable and quiet. The gym is good”
