“The room was absolutely disgusting nothing and there was clean. I got multiple pictures of darkness. The parking lot wasn’t even safe. The staff just walked around like they did not care.I’m and the breakfast was not worth it afterwards we got sick”

“Do not waste your money. This is a safety hazard. Allergy expo, TVs didnt match the remotes. Staff was shady. The TV didnt work in the rm i reserved 309 so I got a switch 313 same thing. The staff member just said call Expedia for a refund. I just bought a train out of state.”

“Stanze grandi ma un po' spoglie anche se con cucinotto annesso. Letti rumorosi e scomodi. Parcheggio sotto le finestre delle stanze fonte di rumore specie la mattina presto. Alla richiesta di potere lasciare i bagagli in albergo per qualche ora dopo il check-out il personale ha risposto di no adducendo come scusa la mancanza di spazio idoneo.”

“Great location. Front desk staff was exceptional. Room was average with a nice view but lacked in amenities and cleanliness. I booked for my mom who has mobility issues and although the disabled friendly walk-in shower was great, the distance to get to the only elevators was quite the trek from the entrance / front desk. Overall stay was average -good.”

“Food at the restaurant was excellent. Facility was super clean and staff very helpful. Only comment was that they should have had complimentary coffee if they are not offering complimentary breakfasts.”
