“The property has roaches. Staff was rude. AND also gave my exact room number to someone who had no authority to have it”

“The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom.”

“Carpet so dirty its sticky. Stains on everything. Ac/heat super loud. Bed sheets stained. Mirrors so dirty they look cloudy. Drains all back up. Hallways not cleaned or kept up. The men in office RUDE!!! Disrespectful. Asked for no housekeeping (its obvious they dont clean anyway) they still came in and took MY belongings. Things I used for work so real cool of them. Plan on spending a while cleanin your room to be comfortable. I spent 3 hours scrubbing and it still didnt feel clean. Place run...

“Reserved a king accessible & at check in they didn’t have any more of those rooms, with no explanation…the man claimed to not know why, so we got a double queen. The bath room was awful, the microwave was broken and one of the queen beds made a very loud noise whenever the sleeper moved. i thought it was going to collapse. Over all, the bathroom was the worst!!”

“the staff is amazing there was one cockroach in my room that I took a picture of because he seemed rather photogenic and then when I got coffee there was a baby cockroach on the counter at I killed because he looked like he wanted to drink my coffee”

“The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...
