“What a lovely place to stay! Would absolutely visit here again. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The complimentary breakfast had lots of choices and the staff kept everything tidy and fresh.”

“I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues, as I pulled into the lot there was one handicap spot left that I thought I would take but as I pulled around the row of cars the night shift desk clerk parked there before I got there. I found another spot much farther away, as I walked towards the door I noticed the the car that parked in the handicap spot did not have a placard or handicap plate and the 20 something year old jumped out of the car and ran and I do mean ran into the building. “The room hasn't been updated in ages. It wasn't cleaned properly, however when I spoke with management they gave me 30%back ”

“The staff was rude and the beds were never cleaned and had blood and mold on them and they refused to give me a refund even after I changed rooms.”

“The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom.”

“Said i booked a smoke room (my daughter can't) clerk tried to switch it couldn't. Went to room open the door the beds looked like they were slept in. The covers had burn marks then i threw back the sheets and they were dirty with hair all over them. It smelled so bad, we were getting sick. Turned around in less than 5 minutes and then was offered a new room. So you lied to me too. We didn't even feel safe there. The room next to us had their door wide open watching us.”

“Absolutely terrible in every way. This is my first and last day of microtel.”

“Multiple rooms, lots of game choices, most of all the pool for the kids! Lots of towels were provided as well as little things like coffee and laundry tabs, garbage bags,etc. Their communication was more than excellent! Any issues that we had they took care of immediately and were so gracious to extend our stay by an extra day with no issues since it was available!”
