“Room was stunning... Relaxing and welcoming”

“Appreciated the staff, cleanliness, free parking, and the breakfast; but very disappointed that there were no blackout curtains over the window - just blinds which let in more than plenty of light throughout the night. There were no more rooms like ours available. My husband put up the extra blanket over the window stuffing pillows at the top of the window box to hold the blanket up, but too much trouble to do this again. Probably won't. ”

“Air conditioning was alright beds are firm. Property is kinda ran down we had ants crawling on our windowsill looked like someone had tried to repair sill didn't do a good job. Front desk not very welcoming same person was there in morning still not friendly. Would not stay again. ”

“The photos do match at all. Upon arrival there is no front desk worker, instead they appear on a video screen and are remote workers (they were very kind and had a good service). When we go to our room, the door was opened and a woman was inside cleaning paint. There was paint everywhere and the room was dirty. Went back to the guy on the screen and asked for a new room. He issued us new keys and when we went to the new room, the door was cracked open, but no one was in there this time. The...

“Everything was a mess dirt everywhere no trash can towels were dirty. Bathtub dirty window shaded destroyed stains on walls chairs. Air conditioner in pieces. And the best part roaches and left with bed bug bites”

“This was the absolute worst travel stop ive ever made! The first room they put me in, the microwave was a science experiment on the inside. The mirrors had dust on the glass and probably not wiped down in at least 6 months and the smell in the room was putrid. The saftey lach on the door was broke.”

“Room was very clean & spacious. Nice bed, good amenities, good Wifi. Staff was professional & friendly.”

“The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom.”

“Never again. The pictures they show you on the booking site are clearly stock photos because the actual rooms are nowhere near as clean and nice as what's pictured. The first room we were assigned reeked of smoke. The carpet was very dirty. We were moved to a different room in which the bathroom sink did not function well. The beds were very hard. We might as well have been sleeping on the floor. The breakfast "buffet" was the worst I have ever seen. There was cereal but no milk. No napkins were...

“Best hotel stay we’ve had in years!”

“The room was clean everyone was nice and breakfast was easy.”

“The front desk staff(Zarah) went above and beyond her job description as she provided first-aid to my husband who took a fall in the parking lot. She cleaned and bandaged his knees. She also accompanied us to our room and got a bucket of ice for us. There were also 2 angels in the parking lot who helped us greatly. ”

“Room was clean but since there was a floor by floor remodel going on things were out of sorts. Breakfast was lacking and seemed to be cooked in a maintenance room connected to the dining room. Staff was more than friendly and helpful. My room had many small things that still had to be accomplished in order to be considered remodeled, a little unprofessional. Please check the bathroom fans to make sure they are working, mine wasn't so it steamed up the entire room.”
