“Room was dirty. Hair all over in the shower. Stunk really bad. outside was a dump and no lightening at night. Not even the sign was lit up. Service was terrible guy could hardly talk he was so stoned. stayed one night and went somewhere else. But was still charged for 2 days. Was not going to try and reason with a manager that was incoherent. absolutely terrible!”

“I had the family room. There were only 2 towels when I arrived. I had to wait 8 hours just for towels. The tub wouldn’t drain correctly it took 24 hours just for them to fix. The sink started leaking. The microwave in the main area was filthy. It was pizza boxes and chips all throughout the common areas. Half of the arcade games wasn’t working at all unplugged. They were clearly understaffed. It was horrible.”

“A beautiful historic house that was comfortable and convenient. We will recommend to our friends and look forward to returning. Breakfasts were good and it was nice to have them brought to our room. Staff were friendly and we were well cared for. Parking was easy and secure. The house is 2 min from downtown Dundee.”

“It was very disappointing to find out the pool was not open & hadn't been for several months according to the front desk. I reserved the room solely for the pool for a birthday party & no where on the website was it mentioned the pool was closed. ”

“Nice place for one night. Very old and since it was off season the room was a little stuffy.”

“We tried checking in. We were suppossed to have two rooms. First room was satisfactory, second room had not beem cleaned. Beer cans all over the floor, one of the beds wasn't made. Window was wide open and it was 40 degrees out. Went back to the front desk, they gave us a new room. Went to check that one out and neither bed was made all the bedding was laying on the floor, there was an electric air purifier running. Went back to the front desk and told them we were gonna find a different hotel....
