“The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm.”

“Location is excellent for access to facilities on Patriot Blvd and Glenview. Hotel is very clean, well maintained and staff are helpful. As this area is away from downtown Chicago, a car (or rental car) is useful for getting around, such as going to a restaurant.”

“Location is great. The staff wonderful and helpful. Some features of the room, however, were a bit problematic. One of the light features in the air conditioning would hit the wall and create a persistent noise. If you’re a light sleeper it may wake you up throughout the night. The other issue we had was the hot water in the bathroom randomly stopped in the morning. The hotel staff got maintenance to fix it by the end of the day, but it was an annoyance. We understand it was a random issue, and...
