“When we came room was clean, but I can't turn of television, I can change channels, but it didn't turned off. Bathroom looks clean, but toilet was absolutely dirty inside, and I find somebodies underwear in Bathroom. Breakfast was not very bad but little bit poor. We were stay for 2 days, but nobody comes and clean our room and change our towels. ”

“Ottima struttura. Personale professionale e accogliente. Gli ascensori e la zona colazione dovrebbe essere più attenzionata per la pulizia. Nei dintorni della struttura c'è poco e il lavoro di rifacimento delle strade crea difficoltà di traffico. ”

“I enjoyed how the property was kind of tucked away in the back, nice and quiet. Clean bathroom. Comfy bed. Close to my family in Morton grove with the benefit of also being near the city ”

“Thank you! My first time and I have no complaints. The area was great for my trip and the hotel staff was pleasant. Breakfast was provided and it was wonderful. Pool was clean my son enjoyed him self. Thank you again.”

“Room was as expected. Clean and ready for my stay. I didn’t get the service I got prior from the staff but I did get accommodation and kind staff as expected. Front entrance to lobby needs some attention. There was a beer can on the ground and a few cigarette butts on the concrete to the doors. Door glass to the lobby was kind of dirty this time I noticed. Other than that I felt safe and comfortable at this hotel again and will plan my stay there in the near future. Also I hope they finish...

“Pricing was quite good, staff was friendly and professional. Property and room were run down (e.g. stained carpet, peeling wallpaper, unlocked window on 2nd floor) but the bed sheets seemed clean. I just needed a safe inexpensive place to park, shower, and sleep, and that's what I got. Is go back. ”

“No restaurant within the hotel. No drinking water inside the room. No bell boy to carry bags of disabled person like me. Washroom door couldnt close and it was so ambarsing. This hotel was not of Marriott standard. I am not at all satisfied. Not ADA compliant and I want my money back.”

“Room 216 was in need of some maintenance. AC unit wasn’t working properly, some kid used a blue pen to draw on the arms of the chair, and the water pressure wasn’t very good for the toilet or the shower. Otherwise staff was friendly and facility was decent”
