“The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm.”

“Location is excellent for access to facilities on Patriot Blvd and Glenview. Hotel is very clean, well maintained and staff are helpful. As this area is away from downtown Chicago, a car (or rental car) is useful for getting around, such as going to a restaurant.”

“Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. A nice bonus was that the shower was stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner, so there was no need to bring your own toiletries. The bed was listed as a queen, but it felt a bit small and firm for our preference. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. “The pull out bed had blood on it. Absolutely gross didnt realise till it was midnight and had to he up at 5am. So gross. Also booked a suite with 2 beds and a pull out bed and got 1 bed and a pull out bed. Not what i ordered.Pool was nice and warm.”

“The most surprising thing about this hotel is that it came with a washer dryer which was fantastic as I’ve been travelling for about a month and it was really wonderful to have that service. Plus it’s a very quirky hotel in the best way love the Clock collection!”
