“This hotel provides a 5 star experience at half the price! Front desk staff were warm and welcoming with every interaction--happy to help both guests and each other with smiles. Very refreshing.
Staff kept the communal areas immaculate, and the housekeeping staff were cheerful, helpful, and thorough with servicing the rooms. Breakfast was much better than your typical hotel fare.
Location is great--easy access to the interstate and great restaurants and shops, and the pool and workout rooms...

“I checked in on Saturday, March 28th, 2026, for a three-night stay in three rooms. I immediately checked out because the experience was nothing like the pictures. The rooms had an overwhelming musty and cigarette smell, and there were spiders present. The hotel bathroom tiles were covered in mildew, which was very unpleasant. Overall, it was a terrible stay, and I do not recommend this place.”

“The property was okay, rooms were decently updated. The restaurant attached was a little overpriced for what we received. Staff at front desk were a little cold to approach however, the rest of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I was not expecting it to be right off the freeway.
