“It was our anniversary we had a nice room small but nice. They didn't have no toothpaste make sure you bring your own im glad we brung ours 😆 . We had a balcony but no chairs for the balcony. T here are a lot of restaurants and shopping around target Kohls Dave and buster you can walk around even have a playground for the kids.”

“The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Also on the plus side, the pool is larger than comparably priced hotels. But for a Hilton, overall management was not attentive. Example one. The fire alarm went off, apparently a false alarm and the third in a matter of days according to another hotel guest we talked with outside waiting to be let in again. Example two. “Clean room and facilities. Fridge in room wasn't working, they changed it quickly. Would be nice to have a free coffee station available in lobby. Some lower end hotels have this. Still not crazy about the $20 per night parking. Neighborhood is walkable.”

He still gave me a wrong room. Then I came to front desk to get send to the right room with lake view. They told me I didn’t reserved lake view. I had to show proof. I understand mistakes happens. “The person who we checked in with at night was who I am guessing is, the manager. I don't remember his name, but he was so very nice and welcoming! Our room was pretty spacious; the bed was comfortable and the breakfast in the am was very tasty. The hall walking to our room was VERY hot & a little stuffy, it felt like there was no air circulating, but once we were in our room, and adjusted the temp, it was comfortable. “I was here for a tournament and it was a great experience for the kids. The laundry machines and swimming pool (and breakfast) was perfect for our needs as a traveling soccer parent.”

“When we arrived we discovered that their key card system did not work. We had to get someone from the front desk to let us in. Often times there was no one at the front desk and we had a wait. Also the water did not get hot, it only got lukewarm. We complained and they sent a maintenance man who checked it and said they lower the temperature during summer months. This was May and cold and rainy. Will not stay here again.”

“The hotel was very dated and the room was not very clean. We found a roach immediately when we walked into the room. The sheets didn’t look clean. We arrived at night, and the parking lot was very dark. We were supposed to stay for four nights; however, we decided to leave the following morning.
