“We stay here every time we are in the area. The hotel is well taken care of and the staff are incredible. We always have a nice clean room and the pool / hot tub area is very nice. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs an awesome hotel to rest, relax and unwind.”

The door latch lock was broken off the door to our room and when asked for a new one or a new room the desk lady tried refusing at first too saying it would be done tomorrow to anything I said it was done later that day as they didn't want to move us. “I’m not one to leave a review but it’s places like this that make me wonder how a business like this is still opened. Upon arrival, immediately I was met with a smell that smelled of sewer & chemicals. They didn’t have a room I booked so I had to settle for what they had left. On my way to room elevator broke so I had to take stairs to 4th with disabled child- fun! The whole hotel smelled of sewer. There was people walking around with ankle monitors, people arguing very loudly in their rooms....

“I do not recommend this property. I can handle “run down”, but this hotel was far worse than that. Bedding was gross and stained. Carpet felt nasty to your feet. Everything was dirty. We spoke with an agent from Expedia for a refund and packed our clothes and left. Expedia should not post a hotel in this condition on its website. The pictures were totally misleading.”

“The room was not cleaned and the shower head was broken And I'm not here to complain, but overall, that hotel needs a lot of work to update the amenities.”

“Hotel was great. I prefer no carpet but that’s okay. It is tornado season but I had no idea where the storm shelter was or even what I should do. Breakfast was very nice. I wish they had evening snacks Monday-Thursday instead of Monday-Wednesday. I found it odd when they asked me if I need housekeeping services. They only clean every other day if requested. I placed my trash in the hall each day. Overall a great place.”

“The staff was amazing which made up for the gross hotel. The whole place was damp. There were bugs in my room and on my bed and my bathroom. But at least they allow your pets with no hassle.”
