  • Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, this split-level 3-bedroom villa is just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to shops, dining, and public transport. Ideal for families, groups, and business travellers, the villa offers a practical layout, on-site facilities such as a pool, gym and sauna, and easy access to major attractions across the Gold Coast.

    The Space and Sleeping arrangement
    This ground-floor split-level villa can accommodate up to 9 guests.

    Ground floor:
    • Living room with a smart TV and double sofa bed
    • Dining area
    • Fully equipped kitchen
    • Bedroom with 2 single beds
    • Separate toilet
    • Laundry: Internal laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer
    • Counter yard with outdoor funiture

    Upper level:
    • Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite (shower over bathtub)
    • Second bedroom with 2 single beds
    • Main bathroom with walk-in shower
    • An open balcony with outdoor furniture

    Core Amenities
    • Climate Control: Centralized air conditioning with heating/cooling (panels located in the living room and master bedroom)
    • Connectivity: Free building Guest Wi-Fi (shared among residents).
    • Parking: Free parking in the basement on a first-come, first-served basis (no allocated spots). Parking height limitation: 2.1m

    Important things to note
    Check-in:
    • Key collection is at a different location, approximately 700 metres from the apartment
    Parking:
    • No guaranteed parking space
    • May not be suitable for large vehicles
    Extra bedding:
    • Folding bed available at $50 AUD per night
    • Must be booked for the entire stay
    Wi-Fi:
    • Provided by the building and shared among residents
    • Speed and stability cannot be guaranteed
    Building and environment:
    • Please note that the gate providing direct street access is not available for guest use
    Booking condition:
    • During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to relocate guests to another apartment of similar quality in the same building.
    Condition:
    Some parts of the property (such as flooring) may show signs of wear but remain fully functional.
    This is a split-level property with internal stairs. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or those who have difficulty using stairs.
    Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.
    . Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.
