“Clean room, friendly staff, the little creek running through thr property was nice and created a peaceful ambiance.”

“The room and bathroom weren't very clean and hair left from previous people. The hot tub was broken so no jets really but still hot to sit in. Lots of construction going on around the area. For the price it was great just wish it was better for cleanliness and noncoffee grounds in the coffee for breakfast. ”

“Room was overall comfy and clean. We enjoyed the hot breakfast, location, and staff. The room does seem a little outdated for supposedly being remodeled in 2025. The tv is old and has does not streaming capabilities nor are there any usb ports on lamps or nightstands. The vent in the bathroom was caked with dust. Overall, good stay. Good value. More pros than cons. ”

“Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The house staff was friendly. The common rooms are, likewise, clean and inviting. A very nice stay. ”

“Albergo comodo, pulito con una bella hall. Camera spaziosa e letto comodissimo. Ottima la qualità della biancheria letto/bagno. Utile la presenza di una piscina e di una palestra veramente ben attrezzata. Personale gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati molto bene. L'unica nota negativa che abbiamo riscontrato è il rumore eccessivo causato dalla doccia del vicino, quando utilizzata. Le camere andrebbero insonorizzate meglio. ”

“Beautiful hotel in a great location. Fun and modern but tight quarters for four with the beds against the wall which made it less convenient when sharing a bed. No closet made for suitcases on the floor but did love all of the hanging hooks and cubbies. Rooftop hot tub was fabulous and the gym was beautiful. Coffee bar was a bit slow in the morning and the bartender wouldn’t accept our son’s vertical California ID despite him turning 22 in a couple of months. Overall, would definitely stay...

“L'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione di Downtown Boulder. La stanza ed il bagno sono molto grandi, dotate di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno semplice. Il personale dell'hotel è stato estremamente gentile, mi hanno anche fatto il favore enorme di custodire il mio bagaglio per qualche ora dopo il check out! ”

“Hotel and room were in excellent condition. The breakfast was good, but some of the prepared food was not warm and under cooked like eggs & sausage. Wish there was something available in the hotel with no restaurants, shopping or evening entertainment located in close proximity. ”

“The property is well located near the will village at cu boulder . The maintenance is so so and the overall structure is old. The cleaning is the aspect more important. The have carpet ( old one ) everywhere and need a deep cleaning. The air conditioner is noisy and when I reach my room (414 ) was unclean and full of dust!! My first hour in the room I spent to cleaning a spraying Lysol disinfectant. ”
