“The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, the toilet seat was loose (almost detached), the floor loose and sticky/dirty and the TV had no signal (couldn't watch free to air, was only able to log in to Netflix using my personal account). Otherwise it had adequate amenities and good temperature control”

“Air conditioning was on the smelly side, no toaster or microwave, had to be hired. No dishes or cutlery, needed to ask for them. Staff were good though and also the in room fridge was incredibly noisy especially at night when trying to sleep.”
