“When I went in the TV didn’t work. Lightening had struck their poles but they had TV in the lobby worked. Was very unhappy iwith the way the staff offered a refund at 9pm the day I checked. The light for the parking lot beamed right into my room. It ”

“My whole family stayed at this hotel, and had a great experience. The rooms we stayed in were excellent. They were very accommodating with us needing one of the rooms on the ground floor. Pet policy was great. We were able to get a late checkout too. In one of the rooms the toilet was not working for the whole day of check out, and the staff showed no urgency to repairing it. We had to use our other family member’s rooms or go downstairs, and that was very inconvenient. Other than that, it was a...

“Everything went well for the stay , one huge thing that I was very appreciative of was that I was running late for check out due to my job . So I called the hotel and told them that and with out any question the staff member told me that it was ok and it was no problem whatsoever. So for that I appreciated that very much ”
