“Every Staff member was welcoming and kind. Location is great. The room: shower floor slippery, floors in room sticky. Drain in sink is clogged. The smell when I first arrived in the room was awful. Not a fan of putting single women on the first floor with windows that open due to safety reasons, a guy walked infront of my window several times while I was there, it was beautiful weather and would have been nice to have the window open. It would be lovely to have coffee in lobby out before 8am....

“This property needs to be leveled! Everything was very old, dirty and reeked of mold. The a/c unit was ancient and broken, old chips in the porcelain sink and tub where the caulking was cracked and moldy. Skip it, drive to Albany if you must!”

“For Corvallis this property was somewhat dated, it had been renovated. Unfortunately in the past the hotel obviously had allowed smoking. This said, the hallways wreaked of stale cigarettes. Our room was the only sanctuary we had from the smell. The front desk was surprisingly like an afterthought, little ambience and shadowed lighting. Now for the parking, $10 a day for a parking lot unsuitable for a hotel. I have never in my life paid to park my car when I am paying this much for a hotel room....

“Cleanliness great. No coffee maker, no ice machine. Coffee shops were in walking distance.”

“They are very low on Lennon. That was the slowest part. Then the noise from upstairs was very loud and the floor also would squeaky sounds. These is alot of young adults living there for weeks at a time. Not sure I will rent there again. The hardwood floors is where most of the loud sounds, either from running or stomping. Or just plain walking.l lost half my sleep over this 5 night stay. Staff was called many times and not just by me.thanks again.”

“Extremely clean room. BUT that's the only thing good about my stay: COLD HARD FLOORS, NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPERATING A REDICULOUSLY STRANGE TV, NO COFFE SUPPLIES IN ROOM. ROOM WAS LIKE A JAIL CELL. NEVER-EVER AGAIN....”

“A very good location for my business purposes. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, nice room. Almost useless WIFI. I have to engage in Teams calls on the road. That doesn’t take too much bandwidth, but the WIFI could barely handle just about everything. I have to go back to Albany for business and may have to look for a different place, even though I’d rather not.”
