“Great stay!”

“Door lock was broken. Door didn't fit properly. You could see straight through around the door when closed. Rooms were dirty. Breakfast was pretty much nothing. Pull out bed was unusable due to the mattress being so gross and old. Definitely not what i expect to get for an almoat $200 room.”

“Breakfast menu was great for a continental breakfast. The room was clean.”

“This was the unforgettable stay I have tried in my multiple trips. The location wasn’t comfortable, the receptionist at first gave us the room with a hole in the shower area, fridge that was old, the room wasn’t smoked free. If I haven’t asked to give us a newer and more comfy room he won’t. Breakfast was included, but hey, even the taste of the coffee can’t be given 5stars. OveraLL, i didn’t like my stay in this hotel.”

“Convenient ”

“Outside trashcans had overflow of trash and was never dumped. The only elevator had inside damage to it. Rooms had roach crawling on ceiling. Infestation of ants after an ice cream spill in the room. Front desk said they sprayed but the ants returned. Pull out couch was broken and had to use a rollaway. Chair (red) in the room had old stains. Breakfast was average. ”

“Beautiful home. Charles, the grounds keeper, was excellent. My only suggestion is to put some kind of handle bar on the wall in the shower, to hang onto when necessary. Other than that, I highly recommend this place”

“We really appreciate the cleanliness of the property and friendly staff. The jetted tub in our room was wonderful. We walked across the street to see a good movie. Thanks for making this a really nice getaway!”

“I made reservations online got to the property. No one was at the desk called the phone number that was on the wall. Spoke to an individual who stated I would have to wait until the morning to check in. Mind you the ladder on the wall, stated that their hours on Saturday and Sunday or 10 PM to 6 AM. It was 11 PM and nobody was at the office. The man was rude. ”

“I booked and paid for 2 queen beds and arrived at 315p, right at check in and was told the reservation was for a king, upon showing my confirmation email thru Expedia, the front desk person never checked to validate it. Gave me a king which wasn’t what I paid for and never once apologized, instead became argumentative saying they were booked a month plus out like I didn’t book a room. I will never stay here again. Need to train staff on how to say I’m sorry for the inconvenience. ”

“We didn’t feel safe or clean so we left and got another hotel room. The front desk attendant was kind. The hotel smelled so bad of weed and cigarettes, we couldn’t stay.”

“Breakfast is the best part of this hotel. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. However: 1) The water dispenser in the Fitness room would not dispense water. The gentleman Kyle at the front desk was able to resolve this situation within 30 mins. 2) The thermostat "display" on our 1st floor room did not show the essential details. 3) The window on the 1st floor room were not locked when we arrived. 4) The Fitness room was apparently in the process of being remodeled. Lots of dust...

“good to stay here again”

“Our room bed linen had stains, our face/body towels were heavily stained. Surfaces were dirty. Our hall (4th) smelled bad everyday. Seems like truck drivers & construction workers pay to park here. The parking lot literally had no parking & we stayed for 3 days & really didn’t see any people go in & out of the rooms & hotel! There was 1 elevator & no one was ever in there with us. Like a zombie hotel :(”
