“Parking is easy the location is fantastic and safe !!! We’ve been here only a couple days so far but we’re new to the area and for the moment until we find a place this place for the money is great…not to mention the PETS STAY FREE and the STAFF IS GREAT!! ”

“I didn't really understand the knowledge of their staff when it comes to charge a deposit and I am wondering how doesn't take along to release the deposit money while once you have checked out, the workers should be able to report with in 6 hours or less but the deposit has been on hold almost three days.
Cleaning it wasn't very super, just average!”

“The room was disgusting, we had to go buy bleach to clean it. There were roaches and the manager was rude. The only reason I gave it a 1 star was because of the sales director Pam. She tried to make it right but I just feel like you can’t undo bad customer service.”

“Very clean room but was told at check-in to keep bathroom door closed when showering or steam may trigger fire alarm. Also microwave didn’t work, no soap, room temperature nor refrigerator was prepped for room occupancy ”

“Pros: Friendly front desk attendant at check in, room was cleaned by staff and towels restocked daily, quiet air conditioner.
Cons: Shower curtain wouldn't stay closed, shower and bathroom faucets about to fall off, fridge in room was actually a freezer and froze everything ”
