“Bonnie checked us in and was very efficient. She gave us recommendations on places to eat and things to do. She was very friendly every time we walked through the lobby. Cathy in the breakfast was great at making sure everything was ready to eat. She gave the best hugs! We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Breakfast was very good, there's waffles. And all the other usuals. We were there for 3 nights, and all the staff were amazing. Parking lot felt very safe. The building was clean and the rooms were updated. A+ for us!”

“Parking lot was filled with homless people and drug deals. Room was horrible not clean at all! There was hair on the shower wall, cigarette burns on the bed, stains on the sheets, dirt and food on the floor. It was disgusting, we left immediately, I will never go back. ”

“The property is right off the freeway, so convenient. Traffic noise is bad, just wear ear plugs. Staff was great, especially the host at breakfast! ”

“We checked out after 1 night. Was staying 4. The room was dirty and didn’t feel safe there. There was no one at the desk when we arrived. Waited about 25 minutes for her to show up. Can say staff was pleasant enough and they refunded our money for 2 nights. Which was nice. ”

“So it's obvious Expedia doesn't like the truth about the rooms they rent which is sad cuz the phone number is off of your website it's not personal it's just business someone needs to figure out why no one ever contacted me from Lotus or Sleek stay whatever you may want to call it since I never stayed because nobody contacted me I have no idea what the room was like solved the problem credit my account I'm not asking for much”

“Really nice place, but plan on bringing “Calm” music because hotel it right on a very busy highway and crazy loud all night long.”

“The beds aren’t the most comfortable for a Hilton. Very hard! ”

“Got a suite to accommodate my partner and grandson. Upon opening my hotel room I noticed wet carpet, the kitchen sink and dishwasher had an out of order note so that was disappointing. What was worse was a tile in the bathroom was completely loose and raised. A completely unsafe bathroom space. I spent a lot of money and to not even be notified or room changed. Won’t be going back ”
