We stayed at this exact property and unit in August. It was ok then however it truly got better this time around! Parking was easier and there was better communication. Amanda was our point person and she did a great job keeping in touch with updates as well as making sure we had what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay if you need a longer length of time. They have a washer and dryer and fully functional kitchen. The only downside side was the parking because it’s a bit of a walk with lots of luggage and there was no soap or shampoo in the large bottles in the shower. They were extremely accommodating with extending our stay by 2 additional days at the last minute.

The pool was great, nice and refreshing. The room was nice and smelled fresh. However the hallway from the elevator to the room reeked the weed the entire stay. Otherwise we had no complaints. Would definitely stay again.

We selected this property for proximity to the Guardians’ training facility and Goodyear Ballpark and were not disappointed! Very clean property with perfect amenities. Communication with host was clear and efficient. We had a minor maintenance issue that was quickly resolved within hours. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment and property was exactly as described. It's all new and very clean and nice. I was shocked at how easy and smooth the check in process was when we got there. Our stay was extremely comfortable with everything we needed in the apartment. The use of the full sized washer and dryer was nice. The pool and amenities around the pool and clubhouse were great. We really liked the area around the pool with tvs, grills, ping-pong, and foosball table. Also the Starbucks drink machine inside the clubhouse where you could make your own drink was a fun little perk! It's so helpful to have a covered parking spot too for when it is so very hot, although there were a few times we found another car parked in our designated spot. Overall, this place was awesome and so, so convenient to the Goodyear Ballpark and practice fields. I would highly recommend especially for the cost!

Apartment Complex was really nice, door to the apartment didn’t seem secure enough for me. Apartment was exactly as pictured Cons: water wasn’t draining from tub while showering and while looking for a toaster the previous occupants left a tray of food in the cabinet over the microwave

Clean and spacious but not worth the hassle of this check in process, in my opinion. I’ve stayed in many apartment type places and never had to jump through hoops to check in. They required a soft credit check and an identity clearance through Clear. It was time consuming and then when it finally went through, none of the links to check in instructions worked so I had to call customer service several times.
