This stunning property, newly restored and refurbished in Summer 2023, offers a delightful stay with its three bedrooms, including two doubles and a comfortable single.

On entering the property, you will find a cosy living/dining room where you can relax and unwind after a busy day’s exploration. The generously appointed kitchen is well-equipped with quality appliances, fittings and homeware. The large ground-floor bathroom features a bath, a large walk-in shower cubicle, and heated towel rails, ensuring a soothing and comfortable experience for all guests.

Upstairs there are three well-presented bedrooms, two of them benefitting from Velux windows. Step outside onto the outdoor enclosed patio area, and you’ll discover a perfect spot for enjoying the fresh air and indulging in a delightful barbecue. Whether it’s a sunny afternoon or a starlit evening, this patio provides a charming setting for outdoor gatherings and relaxation. We know how much fun dogs can add to your holiday and we want to accommodate them well. We are happy to accommodate up to two well-behaved dogs. We do not accept cats under any circumstances. Throws are provided to protect furnishings, along with dog towels and beds. (Dogs must stay on the ground floor).

The facilities in the village include a restaurant, two pubs, a Chinese takeaway, a pizzeria and a fish and chip shop all within a 10-minute walk. There is a very well-appointed local grocer, tea shops and farm shops selling local produce. There is a range of local heritage walks from the village with maps and signage to assist you. The frequent bus service can provide access to the local towns of Goole, Selby and Snaith.

Rawcliffe provides easy access to the East Coast, and the Yorkshire Wolds, whilst the cities of York and Hull are less than an hour away.
