“Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!”

“The Hotel Tanne is a remarkable escape. The room was gorgeous, with beautiful views, and positioned within a breathtaking courtyard. The food was authentic and delicious. But the most striking aspect is the staff. Our first visit to Bansko, with very rudimentary Bulgarian language skills, the staff nevertheless met our every question and need with a smile and a helpful answer. This place deserves more stars than I am allowed to give.”

For guests who cannot consume gluten, this means that they cannot have a proper, satisfying breakfast. No alternative choices are provided apart from these five predefined breakfast sets. “Beautiful resort with very welcoming staff. The mountain view is amazing and the garden with a pool is probably a great way to relax after a long hike. I will definitely go back to spend more time there, the whole area is very pretty.”

“Le stanze non sono insonorizzate bene, ma fortunatamente ho sempre i tappi con me per dormire, altrimenti sarebbe stato difficile dormire tranquilli al primo piano. Le stanze sono pulite, nessun problema da questo punto di vista ma mancava un bollitore d’acqua con il te perfino nelle stanze superior. La spa ammetteva bambini, quindi c’era tantissimo casino sempre, un po’ impossibile rilassarsi. Colazione super e cena buffet pure. Bel panorama sulle montagne. Rapporto qualità prezzo mediocre,...
