Guest house a Goulais River

“It was just an overnight for us on our way home from Calgary, but we found the room to be clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the comfort of sitting on a couch to unwind at the end of a long driving day and the included breakfast set up well for our morning departure. Convenient location made our arrival and morning get-away quick and easy. I'd stay here again..”

“We enjoyed our stay at the comfort inn. It was handy to be able to put our suitcases in from the patio doors to our room. I found the mattresses too soft and the breakfast ok. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful both at night and in the morning. It is a great one night stay for travellers.”

“Building is dated, but very friendly staff and clean with plenty of free parking. The breakfast was sketchy, with questionably cleaned coffee carafes that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in awhile, nasty looking boiled hot dog/sausages, and stale bread. The prepackaged yogurts and items were fresh at least. The breakfast was ok, but again, certainly lacking compared to other more reputable chains in the area. It’s a great spot if you want a decent deal for no frills, clean and friendly...

“very clean and friendly. facilities a bit tired. need refresh of bathrooms”

“clean room, good shower, perfect for 1 night, longer.. no, my opinion. for the price, you get what you get. parking felt safe, wasn't worried about my stuff”

“Clean room, friendly helpful staff that were very accommodating. Convenient location”
