“Abbiamo trascorso cinque notti all'hotel Heights di Portland in occasione di una settimana di regate internazionali. Ci siamo davvero trovati bene: personale cortese e comprensivo, camere pulite (la nostra era la 8, con vista sui prati a sud dell'albergo), ambienti silenziosi, breakfast abbondante e completo, ristorante molto interessante e con prezzi interessanti. “I was attending a course in the leisure centre next door. The Aqua was an excellent, relaxed place to stay. The staff/owners were polite, friendly and generated a relaxed atmosphere. The small, well stocked bar carried on this relaxing, informal atmosphere. (The squeaky bar stools could do with fixing but were still amusing) The food is top notch and very affordable. “So close to the beach and all amenities and right next door to The Pavillion where we were going that evening. The room was just right though small and compact. The bed very comfortable so got a good nights sleep. It was all very clean which was fab. Lovely tasty breakfast. The parking was difficult as so busy but everything else made up for it! Would definitely visit again.”

“While the host was very friendly, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the shower, and felt that the floors could have been cleaner, over all it could have been cleaner, although the bedding and towels were nice fresh and clean. Breakfast was a disaster, mouldy bread, mouldy fruit in the fridge, things way past their use by/ best before dates ”

“We booked to stay here 2 nights in June. The day we were to arrive we got a message from the hotel to say that they were undergoing renovations and they would refund us for our breakfast charges and give us a free to-go breakfast one day. Annoying as we have a very picky eater and the buffet is a main reason we booked Premier Inn. When we arrived it took the counter staff ages to check us in as apparently there was something confusing about the booking in the system. She was very nice though. So...

“Hotel is in great location but the car park is a public car park. So in busy times you could end up with no space although it’s a large car park. And it’s rough, loose stones and not flat. The staff are lovely, very helpful. We had a lovely sea view room, comfortable bed, nice bedding, not huge and the en suite is quite snug, but lovely and clean and modern. Nice to have cooked to order breakfast, overall a good place to stay.”

“Good hotel, perfect location for Durdle Door. We were eating out, so didn't try the breakfast / dinner options. Parking is easy and they help you get it cheaply.”
