Cottage a Grace Bay

“We had a wonderful week here. Such a great place to explore the island from, perfectly appointed with everything you need, including items for the beach. Very comfortable set up and lovely hosts. Would recommend!”

“The house location was perfect and the pool lovely. The description of being at grandma’s house was spot on. Cozy but when you lifted pillows and throw blankets - you found ripped cushions and busted chairs.”

“This property is not as advertized. It is being renovated. There is demolition and construction debris strewn about the property including old deck railing, chain link fencing and barb wire, rusted out wheelbarrows. The "pool" shown in the picture is an open hole in the ground. Some of the decking has been replaced but the remainder is rotted with boards sticking up and holes through the wood and mostly covered with old pool equipment and ladder. The grill is not functional. There are no deck...

“Check in was easy but listing stated that there was AC and I didn’t know that it was located only in the bedroom. It was ok in the rest of the dwelling only when the bedroom door was open. Host responded but was slow with his responses I was greeted with many bugs and it was a very uncomfortable experience. I don’t have bugs where I reside and I don’t want to deal with bugs while on vacation when I paid $1k plus. I let the host know about the bugs early on after checking in and he stated...
