La luce della stanza che non funzionava, il Wi-Fi che non funzionava e la receptionist non sapeva che fare e mi ha dato per ben 3 volte la password sbagliata. Comunque poi ho dovuto fare a meno del Wi-Fi perché nella mia stanza non prendeva. Professionalità bassissima. Al ristorante mi hanno servito dell'acqua imbevibile con un sapore di cloro terribile. “Un pub con camere in struttura separata dal pub (pochi metri). Le camere sono abbastanza ampie e con ottima dotazione: macchina per espresso, bollitore e minibar con birra, acqua e latte. Comodo parcheggio di fronte alle camere. Molto buono il cibo sia per la colazione che per i pasti principali, e ovviamente ottima la birra. Il punto di forza resta comunque il personale, sempre disponibile e impegnato a fare sentire il cliente a casa propria, complimenti a tutti!”

“Had a great stay atvyhe Hurtwood. Found it by chance. Great village with plenty of walking direct in to the Surrey Hills as directed by the lovely lady who checked us in. Room very comfortable with fresh milk provided. We found the car park easy for a big car, but would not be so easy in season I think. Dinner in the bar was excellent and good portions. Breakfast cooked to order also great. Will go again. Thank you.”

“We went for a weekend with our cavapoo. TBH had little treat box, dog towel and little sleeping mat. We brought many of our own things but nice to make him feel welcomed. We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful..walking routes, getting us a table for dinner. We had lovely drinks every evening at the bar with a very large fire and our dog with us. The food was very good..breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed eating at other establishments in Midhurst too. We didn’t use the Spa but it...

“Nice staff, pleasant property. The room was beautifully decorated but was like a sauna & we couldn’t cool it down. The bed was super comfy and the food very good. They catered for my gluten allergy very well. ”
