Regarding the steps, there is a way to go to the beach a little longer and you can avoid them. The distance from the complex to the beach is very short. We have taken note of what you detailed in relation to the restaurant and the cleaning service to analyze what happened. Normally, we have cleaning service 5 days a week and sheets are always change twice a week depend on the stay. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay.
