Soak in the hot tub, curl by the fireplace, or escape to the outdoors. Convenient, private, and pristine - on a private road with unobstructed views in every direction, this one-of-a-kind mountain retreat blends elevated comfort, privacy, and cinematic natural beauty.

Painted a subtle pink that evolves with the traveling sun, as a range of reds reveals itself throughout the day. A soaring vaulted ceiling, easy-to-use fireplace, and amenities for all ages invite calm and community, and bring a balanced bliss to your entire party.

Main Level

The main level invites you to gather, unwind, and simply breathe. The sunlit living room features a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and panoramic windows designed to make the mountains feel close enough to touch. The fully equipped kitchen with its gas range offers everything needed for shared meals and slow mornings. Step onto the upper patio to grill, savor a firelit evening around the gas firepit, or watch the sky transform above the fairways.

This level also includes the primary suite with a private en-suite bathroom, a second queen bedroom, a full hallway bathroom, and an in-unit washer and dryer—ideal for families and longer stays.

Lower Level

Downstairs, a spacious second living area creates the perfect family-friendly hideaway for kids, groups, or cozy movie nights. Settle into reclining chairs in front of the 70” QLED TV and soundbar, or spill into the two inviting bedrooms: one with a queen bed, and another with two queen beds—perfect for siblings or multi-family trips. A shared bathroom with dual vanities and a private shower room makes mornings easy for everyone.

From here, walk out to the lower patio and sink into the brand-new 6-person hot tub as you take in the open landscape and mountain silhouettes. An insulated garage hangout space provides extra room for gear, games, or simply warming up after a day of adventure.

This is a home built for savoring—sunrises with coffee, sunsets with wine, family dinners, laughter echoing through two living spaces, and the quiet awe of mountains in every direction. Perfect for families, friends, and anyone seeking comfort wrapped in the magic of Colorado’s high country.

Guests have full access to the home, three patios, hot tub, garage, and the entire property. As part of the Grand Elk community, you can also enjoy the year-round heated saltwater swimming pool, large saltwater hot tub, driving range, clubhouse, restaurant, and winter cross-country ski trails (approx. 5 miles groomed). Fees may apply.

Ample parking on the property. 2-car garage is also available for guest use.

My family truly enjoyed this home during the Christmas holiday. The view from the house is beautiful. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. Also the owner was very accommodating and professional. Definitely a 10 out of 10, I highly recommend this home.
