“The staff was grreat and the hotel is very well kept and it looks more beautiful than in photos. However my only complaint was the breakfast, it can honestly be so much better. I've been to cheaper hotels with better breakfast.”

“L’hotel in sé non è male, ma la moquette delle camere andrebbe sostituita perché puzza di umidità. In generale l’hotel andrebbe un po’ rinfrescato ma tutto sommato ok. Gradito l’aperitivo gratuito la sera e la colazione ben fatta e varia. Il down town di orlando non vale la visita”

“The shuttle service was amazing and a big help to get us to rolling loud. and all of the staff were awesome but we did have one complaint about one staff member who was extremely rude When he wanted to confront us about a noise complaint he made the situation worse instead of diffusing the situation. And the room seemed pretty clean other than the bathroom there was hairs on the shower head and the wall. Great hotel just need to make sure they clean that bathroom better”

“Fantastic welcome, quick check-in, enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks in private lounge, enjoyed delicious dinner in the modern bar and restaurant area, air conditioning in room was noisy and room felt humid but slept divinely just the same, nice breakfast and fast checkout. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even valet parking staff. Will return”

“The bathroom was full of rust…we didn’t even stay…checked in and decided to drive home rather than staying here! Looks cute on line but definitely stay away your own risk! ”
