“I requested a safety bar for the shower/tub and the staff responded quickly to my request. Quaint.”

“We stayed in Room 4 which was located next to the convenient back stairway exit and the 2nd floor kitchen A short walk to downtown. Shelly was great and very helpful.”

“Literally don’t stay here. The front desk is a joke and put us in a “non-smoking room” that reeked of cigarettes. When we asked him why, he said “that was the smell of coffee.” He was rude and lied and told us that he only had a King bed available until we called Expedia to cancel our trip and then all of a sudden, he had other double Queen rooms available. When we asked to leave, he refused to fully refund the room, even though the motel was so horrible that we couldn’t even stay for one night....

“The pool area is really nice. However it is sad to see what has happened with a hotel of this chain. There are so many problems that is hard to list, but here it goes a few: the room smelled like tobacco mixed with cleaning product. We found candy wrap on the room that wasnt ours. The curtains are the first I see that do not shut all the way in, so light from parking lot hits the window the whole night, the safety locker didnt work, the lamp outlet to charge the phone didnt work, the a/c panel...
