“Several dead bugs on floor. Room was 80+ degrees when we arrived. Took all night to cool down. Night Mgr misinformed us of shuttle services. Jacuzzi tub was nice and bed was clean and shower water pressure was good! Just facts.”

“The staff went above and beyond! Very helpful, all the way from the housekeepers, to front desk, etc. I really thought they were friendly. The sheets were very clean and smelled nice. There is a sealed bug and waterproof mattress cover over the mattress, followed by a mattress pad and a fitted sheet, then the top sheet, soft blanket and a coverlet. Is this place older, yes. “Very nice place in a great location right in the heart of downtown Grand Haven. Steps from Odd Side Ales and many other local attractions. Lively during the day, nice and quiet in the evening.”

“If you’re desperate then stay here. The outside parking lot is a hang out and it’s not in the best area at all. People outside having a picnic and were doing fireworks like it was their driveway at home. The inside had a really bad smell and the breakfast wasn’t the greatest. The only good thing is the staff.”
