“Hotel bello, camere pulite e ampie. Peccato per il personale di accoglienza, che si è posto con atteggiamento aggressivo e per nulla disponibile! Questo ha rovinato la nostra esperienza. È stato veramente spiacevole!”

We tried two of them in two different rooms to find out that was not a problem of a single sofa bed, but the result of a poor choice: all the rooms had the same uncomfortable sofa beds. Very good check in by Angelo. The position is very good, near the Maid of the Mist and the American Falls”

“Nice location, near the entrance to the Falls. Average tourists hotel for a short stay, nothing to brag about. Breakfast is below average regarding the quality of the food offered. ”

“The room was clean. Had an accessible room, so lots of space. Bed was beyond comfortable. The shower curtain needs to longer and made of heavy plastic instead of fabric. Accessible room with no bathtub, so water sprayed onto floor while showering. ”

“I went in not expecting the best but when i got there it made my day brighter and felt like i traveled back to my happiest moment the room was extremely clean and i felt the service was some of the best ”
