Vicino alla città e vicino ai sentieri. Strada asfaltata per la proprietà ideale per le biciclette. Parcheggio rimorchio; ATV e motoslitta, facile accesso ai sentieri. Meno di 10 minuti in città e meno di 1/2 miglio dal lago di Granby.

Casa in stile ranch senza gradini, con vista mozzafiato. Accesso molto facile tutto l'anno.

3 camere da letto Master King size ha doccia e vasca separate. Ampi bagni spaziosi con pavimenti in piastrelle riscaldati. Asciugacapelli in ogni bagno. Lavatore e asciugatore. 2 camere da letto con letti matrimoniali.

Cucina moderna con piano cottura a gas, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, frigorifero e macchina per il caffè.
La cucina ha molte cose che tieni a casa ma di solito non ti aspetti in un affitto (condimenti, burro, molte spezie, popcorn, tè, farina, zucchero, caffè, crema ... ecc.)
L'area da pranzo in cucina si apre sul ponte anteriore.

We loved staying here. Quiet and beautiful. Our only concern was that someone assuming the owner came when we were not there to return a 4 wheeler to the garage without any notice. Would stay again.

Wonderful cabin! The layout of the house was nice for a family trip. Everything was super clean. The hot tub was great. House was well stocked. The kitchen appliances were really nice for cooking. Neighborhood is quiet and close to Grand Lake and RMNP. Check in process was very easy. Host was responsive. My only minor comment is that the beds were on the firm side. Overall though, great place to stay and I highly recommend it!

Lovely vacation home

My family enjoyed our stay! The entrance to RMNP was a short drive away. We spent most of our days in the park and enjoyed returning and relaxing in the home: cooking, enjoying the hot tub and peaceful setting!

Great home and well suited for our needs

This little ranch style home was perfect for our Grand Lake get away. My father’s disabled and it worked out fairly well for us. The place is very well stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. They do ask you to not wear shoes. Really hard with elder parents and that was not it the description that I saw. That was a bit of an issue but everything else was great.

Beautiful Home, Great Hosts

This is one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had in our 15 years of renting. This is a beautiful, spotless, and well designed newer home with great views. The house has outdoor seating in four different areas, plus a nice hot tub. We loved making chili in the kitchen on a rainy late afternoon, and the living room is perfect for family movie time. Close enough to both RMNP and the larger town of Granby for a great stay, rain or shine. And three lakes close by! The owners were quick and kind with responses when we had a few questions in advance of check-in.. Can’t say enough about their generosity in sharing a home that they clearly worked hard to build. Highly recommend!

Great location. Great home

We really enjoyed our 6 nights here. This home had all we needed and then some. The kitchen was nicely stocked, the beds were comfortable and the hot tub was used daily! The location was just right for our activities (hiking and fishing). The owner was easy to communicate with whenever needed. We hope to come back next year!

Perfect for Families

We are a family of 5 - 2 adults, kids 11, 13, 14. Plenty of space, fun LED lights my 14 yr old loved in her room, adjustable beds in 2 rooms - just lots of extra touches that made it great! Great kitchen to cook in. We loved the hot tub after skiing and the oversized heated 3 car garage was fabulous! Thank you! We’ll stay again!

Beautiful, comfy home

We thoroughly enjoyed our fall getaway to Grand Lake. This home was new and very beautifully appointed, equipped with all that one could want in a rental. Very comfy beds, lovely kitchen and living room, nice hot tub, great shower. The owners were gracious and attentive, the check-in easy. Know that it's located a few miles from the heart of the town and the lake.

Great relaxing stay

Great location, and beautiful place. Just far enough off the path to feel away from it all with a great view from the porch. Only five to ten minutes from town of Granby or Grand Lake for all the extras. We will be staying again.

Great property and host!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! I have to say that the online pictures of the outside of this home don't do it justice. It is a new home. It is spacious and has plenty of room for family meals, talking and relaxing. The hot tub is an added bonus and the house includes garage access for parking. The house has some nice upgrades and is in a great location near Grand Lake, Winter Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The hosts are great to work with and respond quickly to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you for sharing your home with is.

Perfect for a family gathering

This home was perfect for our family to get together. A nice open main room with plenty of space for the 5 of us to make meals, play games, and watch TV after hiking. RMNP is only a 10 minute drive away. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and we heard coyotes at night. We made great memories there.

Rocky Mountain National Park Vacation

Very convenient to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Home was nicely appointed with comfortable beds, recliners, recliner sofa, traeger grill, and hot tub. The home was clean and spacious enough for our family of six.

Loved this house

We loved staying in this beautiful house! It was clean, comfortable and a short distance from town. It's decorated very nice (yes this matters to me) and the beds, pillows, bedding were all very comfortable. Nice thick bath towels and plenty of them. We enjoyed using the hot tub they just added. Overall an excellent propery to stay at!

Beautiful modern cabin close to town

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas vacation at your home. It is beautiful with a huge modern kitchen perfect for family dinners. The fireplace and large TV made the living room cozy, in addition to the comfortable chairs perfect for rocking our babies to sleep. Such a convenient location close to adorable downtown Grand Lake, Adams Falls, and Rocky Mountain National Park. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this cabin for family getaways!

Awesome Location and Upscale Accommodations

Great location. Quiet and beautiful scenery from deck. 15 minutes to Grand Lake and just a bit more to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Beds are very comfortable. I think they can be adjusted (Select Comfort?). The fireplace is awesome. Really heats the room up and it’s controlled with a thermostat. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathrooms are big and roomy. The property looks to be almost brand new. Road by house can be a bit busy during the day since it’s one of the access roads to miles of off roads up in the mountains and logging. Definitely would highly recommend.

Great Stay

This rental was for myself, my wife and 2 children. Great location for access to the lakes and Rocky Mountain National Park. Very clean home and the owners were very responsive to our questions. Everything we were looking for and we had a great vacation.
