“Lovely accommodations in a secluded woods, perfectly suited to the culture and pristine landscape of the Border Lakes country. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed and Barbara and Ted were very gracious hosts. We truly did not want to leave! You will lose cell seevice on the gorgeous Gunflint Trail, so make sure you have saved your check in instructions beforehand. Note that many lodges on the trail have restaurants, but not this one, so bring food with you before you arrive. They are last on the trail except a campground, so once you’re here, you’ll need to have everything. I came thinking I might get to see the Milky Way since it’s so remote, but there...
