“This is, without a doubt, the nicest hotel in the area. What really sets it apart is how exceptionally clean everything is and how friendly and welcoming the staff are. Everyone made us feel right at home. The only minor suggestion I have would be to replace the glass door leading from the pool area into the room. “We purchased the room through Expedia, and upon entering the room we encountered ROACHES!!!!! I pulled back the bed sheets and the bed was NASTY, I mean totally DISGUSTING!!! I took pictures of the ROACHES & NASTY BED!!! I returned to the office and showed the manager the pictures, and demanded a refund!!!! I was told that I needed to get with EXPEDIA!”
