“The check in was so easy, the staff was so friendly”

“This Location is a good location, amenities are good, bed is firm not run down bed, room is clean, the toiletries are all stock. Customer Service is amazing it's not hard to request for a little late check out which what I love most about Holiday Inn.”

“The room was not clean when I got there. The cleaning staff is behind, she said all she had left to do was make the bed so I left for a bit and came back. She was still not done. When she finished and I got into the room the floor had not been swept normal there was dirt and somebody's medication on the floor. The bathtub has hair in it and a ring around it. The shower curtain is crusty at the bottom. The toilet had something in it. Outside the room in the hallway the ice machine was leaking all...

“Room 277. The shower turns off and on off on. Doesn’t blend hot water. Door latch is is messed up. Hard to open and close. Room has a smell too it. Fridge wasn’t cold at all.”

“Hotel a pochi passi delle cascate, dove è possibile passeggiare sul river walk. Peccato aver scelto la camera con vista sulla città. Camera dotata di balcone, spaziosa con Arredamento moderno. Wi-Fi Potente o inesistente a tratti. Colazione buona con cibi dolci e salati.”

“very clean with a nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast was nice, but the seating area was very limited and small and they had a hard time keeping up on the food for breakfast. Other than that, everything was very nice.”

“We ended up with an accessible 2-queen room, which was spacious and comfortable. But the fridge made a horrific knocking noise all night, and the shower was near impossible to turn on, and then you barely got any water pressure.”

“The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was helpful and were polite. The breakfast was great, they had a good amount of variety from make your own waffles, to eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, juices, 3 different cereals, bagels and oatmeal. Highly recommend it!”
