“Gracious old mansion, renovated as a small hotel with lovely grounds. Beautiful part of "Old South," London, Ontario. Plenty of included parking. Generous included breakfast. This has become our home away from home when visiting London.”

“We had a King Loft which was very spacious. We were able to control the temperature in the room easily - I've stayed places where that was not the case. Access to the hotel entrance and to the room is digital -- they send you the code when you check in. The location is within walking distance of the Grand Theatre which is why we stayed there. Right across the street is the Covent Garden Market. It poured rain the whole weekend so the Market was handy for breakfast and then for dinner.”

“All went well, from check-in to check-out. Staff made it a point to greet me with every in and out I made. Room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. A large tv, complete with local cable options made it a dream stay. My 1 night stay in London didn’t provide me with any opportunity to use the pool, nor the on-site restaurant. “I had requested a room with a single bed and half bathhroom for one night, room 318. The bed mattress was so old that I sank into it. I had a very poor sleep. I am not an overweight person. I felt compelled to mention this most important matter to the receptionist so she could pass my genuine concern to the owner.
