“Staff was very helpful and kind”

“Quaint, clean property with easy parking, and cozy, wood-paneled dining room. We had dinner on the earlier side (drinks, salad, entrees all outstanding with great service to match) and took a scenic evening stroll by Thames Parkway. Ended the night with a movie on Netflix (included), and the next morning enjoyed a lovely brunch spread of fresh fruit, pastries, smoked salmon, bacon, eggs, and potatoes. Did not have time to try the spa services, so can't comment there, but maybe next time. Would...

“Staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Our toilet flooded right after check-in and staff responded quickly and professionally to address the situation. Room was clean, well maintained and great for any length of stay for business or pleasure. Breakfast had excellent variety and staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you ”

“The room was beautiful. Loved the vibe of the room. An old factory turned into a hotel. Very cool. Staff were more than helpful as we had a special request which they were able to accommodate. The separate kitchen area created a nice bar like atmosphere. Great for entertaining. Heated floors in bathroom. Pool and hot tub also great. Hot tub outside was hot and relaxing. ”

“The hotel was very tired. The elevator creaked and the carpet in our room was old. The beds were not exactly tidy and there was so much noise in the room it felt like there were other people sharing the room with us. Noise continued to 5a.m. Needless to say there was no sleep, the hotel personnel did not intervene and we will NOT be back.”

“Very outdated. Bed was very hard and not a good selection of pillows. Not the hotels fault but there was an argument and fist fight in the hallway at 2:30 am. It went on for just under an hour. I hoped someone would stop it but that didn’t happen. We had a hard time getting back to sleep after that. Breakfast was ok. Although the eggs were inedible. Other stuff was good. ”

“Clean room, though bathroom plunger was coated in dust. Room was clean and comfortable bed. Extra blanket and kettle would have been appreciated. ”

“Had breakfast in the restaurant ( potatoes were over seasoned - ordered à la cart not buffet ) and dinner in the bar area. Food and service was good ”

“Clean large room with lots of space for the kids to have fun while in the room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool felt cold possibly because of room temperature ”

“The room was great except that the TV remote did not work and the bathroom sink was clogged. There was a kids hockey team staying here and there was food garbage left in the halls and elevator. ”
