The room was very spacious, and having a kitchen with a refrigerator was so convenient for storing the food we bought during our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town. “When we arrived, we ask the man outside for valet to take our bags up. He said they didn’t do it and brought us a cart to load ourselves which was hard to steer. The breakfast was sparse and not open at 10:45 because they were setting up for lunch.”

“1 bedroom suite with balcony. The bedroom door wouldn't close and lock. The door was misaligned. In the tiny bathroom look up at the light it's not seated in the hole. The living room tv had to hard reset to get any channels for my daughter. Unit was spacious and clean. Front desk kinda keeps to themselves which is good for me. “This hotel was run-down. Upon walking into the hotel, it smells of mold. The elevator was never cleaned during the 3 days we stayed! Let's start with the room! In the bathroom, the toilet was loose the toilet paper holder came out of the wall. GROUT VERY DIRTY! Next half the room floor was soaked by the window ac unit again mold in the air .. The beds had stains and smelled of body odors.. 100% the worst property I have stayed in .”

“The hotel is ideally situated for shopping. The lobby is nice. We had paid for a corner room, an upgrade from the basic. The first room had no heat or hot water. After our second call and a trip to the front desk, our room was changed. In this room, if the hot water was allowed to run for 10 minutes, you could get a warm shower. If you turned the water off you had to restart the process. We left the room at 8:00 one morning and returned at 5:00. The room had still not been cleaned. After...
