“I had booked and paid for our room online, and chose a regular room with a king bed. When we got there it was around 9pm and the front desk clerk said there were no available rooms so she was going to give us a slight upgrade to a studio king with a wheelchair accessible shower (which i didn’t mind). “The property was under construction. Day 1, my room had no A/C and no refrigerator. Reported situations to the desk clerk, was told that it would be taken care of. Returned later that night, nothing had been done. The desk clerk told me that I should have returned earlier to ensure it was done and he had no other rooms available. Very unprofessional clerk. Property manager did remedy the problem the next day. It was very hot and misrable for the first night.”

“The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better.”
