“We loved our stay at Portland Regency! Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and responded immediately to any requests. We did not dine at the hotel but enjoy the basement bar. The room, whilst lacking a 'view' was large and the bed was enormous. The bathroom had everything we could ask for and more! We loved being so central that we could nip back several times a day in the unseasonable heat to refresh ourselves with the air con!”

“The cooms where clean and well laid out, the staff was very nice, we had an early morning that at most morning would have ment missing breakfast but they set up a little earlier so we was still able to grab something on the way out.”

“The front desk was so helpful and even got me in earlier so i could get some sleep after a very long flight. I jad donner at the restaurant and although they were exceptionally busy, i had fantastic service. The food was wonderful and so were my drinks. The pool was clean and warm. My room was perfectly clean. The front dest really went above and beyond to make my stay absolutely wonderful.”
