“Staff was great, breakfast not so much. 2 of the 3 mornings I was there there was little to no hot food in the warmers, including 1 morning with 3 of the 4 offerings completely gone and there were only 3 people in the dining room so it wasn’t that they had a big rush. A bit disappointing…I’ll look for other accommodations next time I’m in the area for business. ”

“All we expected was a clean room and a decent continental breakfast. We did not expect to see a sign at check-in that said if we needed anything in our room, the staff would get to it if “they weren’t busy.” Another sign said that our rooms would not be serviced by housekeeping. After three days, we did ask at the front desk if we could get clean towels. This was at 10:00 am. When we arrived back in our room at 11:30 pm, there were no clean towels. Our trash was also never emptied throughout...
