“Rooms were very clean ”

“My favorite hotel in Portland Me and my kids have stayed at about 14 different hotels in Portland over the years. Our favorite was the Ritz Carlton for a long time until we stayed here. The property is kept in very good condition, excellent valet, easy check in, clean room, comfortable beds, lovely coffee shop, and helpful staff. This place has a very calming atmosphere. I have an autistic child and the rooms have an extra door that blocks the room from the bathroom area and high shelf’s that...

“This property was so unique. We had a lovely dinner with friends, then enjoyed our lovely themed room. The coffee in the morning was fantastic! The check in and check out was easy and the staff were great. ”

“Loved everything about Cascada. The staff was great, everything was very clean in the room and the spa was excellent.”

“It was kept pretty clean I would stay there again. Somethings are just a little outdated in the room like the desk chair and side chair. Staff was very nice, restaurant was good. ”

“This place had unwashed sheets with stains and hair, not just one or two hairs, but multiple. The toilet flushed but would not stop without taking the lid off and adjusting the plunger thing. The room reeked. There were exposed wires near one of the plugs. The curtains had holes in them. The floors were dirty. I did not stay and instead requested a refund, and have been getting the runaround for the last two days.”

“The clerk was rude, he didn't want to give us the wifi password even though we are paying customers. He said it was company policy not to give it to guess. No hot water to shower with. It was extremely noisy from guess up stairs from us and company didn't do anything to quite it down. we never got our microwave or refrigerator, all in all it was the worst stay we ever experienced. We will never book a stay there again and highly recommend that no one ever go there”

“It was not a hostel style hotel at all. But just an old and unclean motel. There was someone in the room next to mine playing video games most of the evening, and woke me up at 7sm with a loud drum solo. ”

“The address of the place was under a different name for the hotel. Not what I expected.”

“Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland.”
