“casa tranquila, muy amigable todo bien organizado 100% recomendo”

“House was nice. Could smell someone smoking in the small space, and they also had the TV on loud late into the evening.”

“Nice, clean and comfortable ”

“Great house clean very quiet neighborhood close to shops beaches and restaurants and space center”

“The was clean and welcoming. The location is good, pretty centralized. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The hosts were good at communicating and getting back to us if we had questions. The pool was well kept and we spent most of the time out by the pool.”

“We loved this spot! Adorable and very clean little house with a well-kept yard and nice deck and grilling area out back to enjoy outdoor meals. The neighborhood is a quiet area with mostly much older (but kept up or remodeled - NOT rundown) homes right along the river, which you can see from the yard and is a 2min or less walk from the house. Very close to downtown Melbourne and a short drive to everything. Very comfortable all the way around and at such a great price! We would absolutely...

“Wonderful host! The outdoor space is great with the pool and the deck overlooking the water.”

“I loved this property! I'll definitely be back again. The only thing I would improve on would be the wifi connection but it could've been weather related as well. We had a few windy, rainy days but there were plenty of games to keep us busy. I traveled with my husband and 3 kids ages 17, 11, and 9. Everyone had a great time! The beds and bedding were super comfortable, enough beach chairs for all of us and sand toys. 10/10!!”

“My family and I came to Floridana for Halloween to be with family who live in the area. The property has an incredible view! Very comfortable and spacious. The beds are super comfortable, and two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The place was clean and ready for us on arrival. We had a couple small issues which were addressed very quickly by our host Lindsey, and the maintenance person Jake. We were here during a flood and had to stay an extra 2 nights. Lindsey was incredibly helpful,...

“When I pulled up I was a bit concerned as the outside could use a fresh coat of paint but was very happy once I went in. The refrigerator was the perfect size, the whole place was great and suited my needs for week. I would stay there again.”

“Our stay was 49 days and the house, property management, cleanliness and area were perfect. Highlights that were within an hour and half: the theme parks, Kennedy Space Center, watched a SpaceX launch, Daytona Beach and played Popgolf. Highly recommend this property….”

“The grass had gotten ne to seed needed cutting and weeding and propane gas for grill and fire pit not included which I have never heard before”

“This place is lovely! It was exactly as described and shown in photos. We loved all the outdoor spaces including the lush backyard (which feels like your own private butterfly garden) and pool. We wanted for nothing and other than a couple of dog walks, we never left the property. It was just too homey and peaceful. We hope to stay again soon!”

“There were minor things like weeds growing on the cracks of the drive and backyard; the lawn could have been freshly cut and the pool vacuumed prior to our arrival, and finally, there was an odd smell (not terrible) that we could not figure out where it was coming from. We contacted the management company and the person who showed up said she could not smell anything. Finally, two bathrooms for a house advertised for a house that sleeps eight, was not very convenient. Having said that, that...

“We loved this place! We had lots of space and the pool was great. Melbourne Beach is quiet and has no noise area us. Cocoa Beach isn’t far away for miniature golf, ice cream, restaurants and Ron Jon. We love it there!”
