“Family friendly for our 10month old!”

“The hotel was very clean and maintained. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and filling. Had a 24/7 market and the pool and jacuzzi were clean. Will stay here again!”

“The appeared to be acceptable at first but when the lights went out the roaches came out. The room was infested with roaches. They were in the bathroom, behind the headboard and crawling on the walls. The toilet didnt flush. I checked out in the morning and got a clean hotel. I was refunded for the days I didnt stay.”

“We loved our room which was very comfortable, charming and had various amenities to make our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room as well as access to the full kitchen next door with a variety of foods and equipment to use for breakfast or anytime. “We will never stay at this hotel again. We recieved two complaints about being loud and stomping. One was about 10 minutes after we arrived. We were in no way doing any of the things they said we did. We had barely got our stuff set down. We also recieved another call at 6 in the am saying they got two more calls complaining on us. We should have never received a call at 6 in the morning. My daughter was still asleep, and the phone call woke her up.”

“Property needs a lot of maintenance. If you are planning a stay do not stay here. Not worth the price. Bed sheets were what appeared to be urine stained and bathtub was clogged. Floors appeared very dirty.”

“Very hospitable!!! I was here for a family emergency and the manager was able to accommodate my family with a flat rate that was reasonable and staff was very friendly!! Breakfast if very good here too!!”

“The floor had not been mopped or swept. A previous guest let a pop blow up in freezer and it wasn’t cleaned up along with floor. The beds were clean and comfortable.”

“The staff who served us were mostly helpful, the room was large enough to accommodate us and our two dogs, and the bed was comfortable. Other than that, we were not happy. The supplies furnished to our room were less than minimal, and our room was never serviced during our 3-day stay even though I specifically asked for it to be serviced. I had to request supplies like coffee, cups, and shampoo from the reception desk. The room was poorly maintained, too. The sink faucet was not firmly attached...

“The room itself was ok for the price but A/C barely worked, no cups or any containers for ice. Upstairs room had what sounded like kids running across the floor after midnight and lots of noise outside. But you get what you pay for so spend another $20 bucks and get something a little better.”
