“Awful stay. Had read great reviews about cleanliness and what a pleasant stay. The place isn’t clean the access is complicated and changes continuously. I had to change rooms daily meaning I had to pack my case every morning. One night I was told I had to sleep on the sofa and I wasn’t even provided with a cover. Ended up having to book a hotel last minute just to get some sleep. I highly recommend you avoid this place. ”

“Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

"Hotel in zona centralissima a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Liverpool Street e da molte attrazioni di Londra nella zona della City. Camera molto graziosa, comoda, silenziosa e pulitissima. Personale gentilissimo, anche se il checkin e il checkout si fa tramite tablet, c'era sempre qualcuno per accogliere e aiutare. Non ho prenotato la colazione perché ho preferito uscire e farla fuori, ma sono convinta che sarebbe stata ottima, in linea con tutto il resto. Lo consiglio vivamente!"
