Additionally, the property features a cozy patio with ample seating and a BBQ grill, ideal for alfresco dining and enjoying the fresh air. And for those tranquil evenings, a fire pit awaits down by the water, inviting you to gather around and share stories under the stars. While the dock is available for guest use, please note that the boat slip will be occupied during your stay.

As you venture beyond the confines of home to explore the greater Lake of the Ozarks area, consider taking a leisurely stroll or a short drive to Tap & Grill Lakeside Brew Haus and enjoy a fresh microbrew as you take in the views of the water. For a scenic excursion, hop on a boat and make your way to the iconic Bagnell Dam, where you won’t’ want to miss the opportunity to enjoy lunch and peruse the shops lining the dam boulevard. If you are in the mood for a family-friendly atmosphere, head north on the lake to Coconuts, a Caribbean beach bar and grill boasting an adult pool with swim up bar and waterpark just for the kids! And for golf enthusiasts, dont’ forget to explore the Lake of the Ozarks Golf Trail, offering access to 12 world-class golf courses scattered throughout the picturesque Qzark hills. Indian Rock Golf Club, a mere 4 mile ride from the house, promises an unforgettable golfing experience amidst stunning natural surroundings.

Inside, the home's spacious interior welcomes you with soaring vaulted ceilings that create an airy ambiance, complemented by abundant natural light streaming in through floor-to-ceiling windows. Sink into the sectional sofa seating in the living room, where you can unwind and stream episodes of your favorite shows on the smart TV. Adjacent to the living room, the modern kitchen awaits, boasting stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and sleek white cabinetry. It comes fully stocked with cookware and dining ware, providing everything you need for your culinary endeavors. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite at the high-top stools or gathering around the table for more formal meals, seating for 5 ensures there's plenty of space for everyone to dine comfortably.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed.

The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles. Parking on the street is not permitted.
• Please note, while the property does offer a private dock for guest use, the owner's boat is not available for rent and will occupy the boat slip for the duration of all guest stays. Guests can still tie their boat to the dock, or if needed, rent a slip at Millstone Marina, which is just 0.5 miles from the house. Please note that the dock is use at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to a boat while tied up on the dock.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is located on the doorbell actively monitoring the front entrance. The second is located under the eve of the roof actively monitoring the driveway.
• Fireplace not for guest use.
PET POLICIES - We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in this vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:

• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 dogs, 30 lbs. or less allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $25 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Size and Weight Restrictions: Dogs above 30 pounds must be approved prior to booking. We reserve the right to deny accommodation if the pet's size or weight poses a risk to property or other guests.

• Behavioral Guidelines: Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.

• Cleaning Responsibility: To avoid fines, pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.

• Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.

• Local Regulations and Leash Laws: Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.

• Violation of Policy: Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.

• Water Safety: We highly recommend that all pets wear a life jacket when in or around the water, especially on weekends when the water can get rough.

Nestled in the heart of Missouri, the Lake of the Ozarks is a captivating destination that boasts a harmonious blend of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and vibrant culture. From its sprawling freshwater lake and picturesque landscapes to its lively events and family-friendly attractions, it’s an unforgettable escape for travelers of all ages! There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails. There are also several shops, restaurants, and bars in the Village, making it a great place to spend an afternoon or evening.
